Our Kelly Education  Recruiter is accountable for:

• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Customer service focus
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required 
• Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required

Candidates must have the ability to work a hybrid schedule remote from home and at a variety of school, recruiting, and hiring events Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm EST.  To be considered candidates must live in Rome, GA or a commutable distance from Rome, GA for events.
