Our company provides critical infrastructure in support of our communities by providing reliable engineering solutions. We are currently looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our Troutdale, OR office. Who you are:
Good Communication : excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Organized : You pay attention to detail and can help coordinate and track items such as meeting minutes, schedules, office supplies, time sheets, etc. Ability to Multi-Task.
Computer Skills: You have excellent solid understanding of Excel, Word and the Microsoft Suite. Quick books is a plus.
Relationship-focused : You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative approach and interest in supporting our Senior Project Managers, Project Engineers and Project Team members.
Hard Working and Self Motivated: You care deeply about delivering quality work for your team. You are self-motivated and perform work without a large amount of supervision.
Curious: You strive to learn and are not afraid to ask questions.
Integrity – You do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.

What you’ll do:
· Preparing monthly customer invoices and statements
· Enter, review, approve time sheets in QB Online.
· Maintaining invoices, contracts and insurance certificates for multiple projects
· Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
· Track and process monthly office billing expenses
· Process employee payroll and maintain personnel records
· Process Mail
· Reach out to customers with overdue balances regarding payment
· Update annual company filing records, archive older files and organize filing system.
· Process credit card charges
· Set up new project files.
