What You’ll Do:

• Handle a varied civil litigation defense caseload ( liability, employment, and related matters ) from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery, and take/defend depositions
• Work closely with partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–8 years of experience in civil litigation defense (liability, employment, or similar)
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain efficient billing (1950 billable hours annually)
• Active California Bar license and good standing

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
