We have a great opportunity for an Senior Call Center Representative with a Pension and Benefits Fund.

This is a contract-to-permanent position for the right individual.

This position is 100% in-office during the contract period.

MUST HAVE high-volume call center experience.

Responsibilities :

• Handle a high volume of calls from people looking to manage their pension information
• Process 60+ transactions per day
• Review and prepare correspondence for electronic files that pertain to collection processes

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of high volume Call Center experience
• Experience in Customer Service
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree or associates degree
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Ability to pass skills test
• Background check and drug test required

Pay:

• $33 per hour
• 35 hour work week
