Job Description

We are seeking a Case Manager to provide essential administrative and operational support for arbitration and mediation cases. This role ensures smooth case management processes while delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the success of the ADR process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and distribute panelist lists for arbitration filings and client requests.
• Schedule and coordinate hearings, conference calls, and related activities.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide outstanding service.
• Support panelists with administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor case deadlines and milestones to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, panelists, and team members.
• Learn and master ADR processes, tools, and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of case management experience and legal/client service roles.
• Knowledge of ADR processes including mediation and arbitration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
