CCTV and Access Control Technician Position Overview We are seeking a skilled CCTV and Access Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and access control systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities - Install and configure CCTV systems and electronic access control systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of surveillance and access control equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video surveillance and access control systems.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain documentation of system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Division 28 guidelines.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a CCTV and Access Control Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic access control systems and video surveillance technologies.
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems and low voltage installations is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications in security systems or low voltage electrical work are a plus.
