What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO with board certification and an active medical license.
- 10+ years of clinical practice experience, with 5+ years in a healthcare leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and quality improvement initiatives.
- Background in clinical research and familiarity with FDA processes is a strong plus.
- Outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence.
- Must be willing to relocate and lead on-site as a fully present member of the organization and surrounding community.
