What You’ll Do
· Partner closely with Financial Advisors to prepare for client review meetings, including drafting reports, executing follow-up tasks, and maintaining organized records.
· Serve as a primary client-facing representative, providing exceptional service and communication through direct interaction with clients.
· Translate meeting notes into actionable tasks and ensure timely completion across departments using our internal workflows.
· Collaborate daily with team members to create a cohesive client experience that aligns with FIP’s process and values.
What We’re Looking For
· A driven, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Salesforce and Microsoft Excel experience a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· CFP® candidate or securities licensing (Series 7/66) a plus.

Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits
