Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and dispense medications following established guidelines and regulations
• Conduct medication reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide clinical support for medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with USP797/800 standards in the IV room
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Requirements :

• Active NY State License (NYSED)
• Proven pharmacy experience
• Must have experience in Pharmacy dispensing system, Sterile Processing, and IV room
• Knowledge of an EMR (Electronic Medical Records system)
