We are looking for a proactive Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our clients, producers, and internal team. This role combines client service, policy management, and support for business development. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes, billing, and coverage options.
• Review carrier quotes and communicate recommendations to clients.
• Manage the renewal process and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide phone support to clients and internal team members.
• Visit clients to assist in new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to support account growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage open activities in the system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Experience in account management or related client service roles
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
