This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager based in Barrington, IL. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensure project deadlines are met, and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising contractors and construction teams, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and within scope.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage construction teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and best practices.
• Expertise in Construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
• Experience in Project Control, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with residential construction and a passion for creating high-quality homes.
