JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the design and construction of retail and restaurant spaces within the airport at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, construction coordination, and stakeholder engagement in fast-paced, high-security environments. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end construction projects for retail and restaurant buildouts in airport leasehold spaces • Coordinate with airline partners, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment • Lead design and construction teams through all phases of the project lifecycle • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and quality control • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining safety and operational standards • Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status and milestones • Navigate complex logistics and operational constraints unique to airport environments
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in airport environments
• Retails and/or restaurant construction experience
• Proven track record managing design and construction teams
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in an airport environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site at Charlotte Douglas International Airport
