Description:
Support proposal development and contract review activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements to protect organizational interests and minimize risk exposure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on bid strategies, pricing, and contractual documentation.
Advise leadership on contract terms, regulatory obligations, and potential risks or conflicts of interest.
Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
Manage contract lifecycle activities from solicitation through closeout, maintaining adherence to policy and process.
Maintain working knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and defense-related contractual frameworks.
Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and government or prime contractor counterparts.
