We are seeking a friendly, hard-working Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for engaging with customers to process sales orders and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment! • Start Date: ASAP
• Worksite Location: Eden Prairie, MN
• Compensation: $21.63 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with Hours between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST
• Note: Will be rotated into a 10:30 AM–7:00 PM shift every 6–7 weeks (A plus if you can do the 10:30am-7:00pm shift long-term)

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:

• Perform consistently in measured core areas
• Meet average call, email, and quality expectations
• Proactively make delight calls to customers
• Minimize missed or late answered calls
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude and be an active and supportive team member
• Treat others with respect while speaking in positive words
• Be receptive to constructive feedback and deploy the Customer Service Golden Rule
• Share frustrations with someone who can make a difference or make a decision with the information
• Provide support to your team, department, and internal customers, emulating the ‘team-first, self-second’ mentality
• Develop relationships to address customer needs by involving the right people at the right time

What you need to become a Customer Service Representative:

• College degree or 4+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products and applications
• Ability to deliver results; take personal responsibility for delivering maximum results
• Have a strong focus on the customer by serving them better than anyone in the industry
• Must communicate clearly; create clarity and understanding through clear communication
