Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator I
Location: Corning, NY (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Duration: 11/04/2025 – 10/06/2026 (Possibility of extension or full-time conversion)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator I will serve as the first point of contact for internal customers and department representatives, supporting a variety of administrative and service coordination activities. This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills to ensure seamless support across multiple business functions.
