Customer Service Representative | Logistics & Transportation

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading logistics company in Ann Arbor, MI. If you have at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment—especially handling urgent or incident-related calls—this is a strong opportunity to step into a critical, high-impact support role with potential for full-time conversion.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls from employees involved in accidents, injuries, or roadside breakdowns
• Handle inbound communication from the public, law enforcement, claims adjusters, and internal departments
• Perform clerical tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and routing calls
• Coordinate service and repair efforts between internal shops and external vendors for equipment (trucks, trailers, dollies)
• Collaborate with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams like Safety and Linehaul
• Support training and onboarding of new team members; assist with cross-training
• Remain adaptable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contribute to team success

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
• Strong typing and 10-key data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

📍 Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Hybrid)

💵 Pay: $18 – $20/hour.
