📌 Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality primary and preventive healthcare services
Build strong relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Promote wellness and disease prevention
✅ Qualifications:
Physicians:
MD/DO – completed residency in Family Practice, Board certified or eligible
Active Virginia state licensure
Nurse practitioners:
Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
Active Virginia state licensure
Board certification as an FNP
Previous experience in family practice preferred
