Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO (Temp-Full Time Hire)

Company: Confidential | CEO operating across multiple industries, including private equity, oil and mining, and liquor/beverage

Location: Beverly Hills, CA - On-site

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PT | Must be accessible 24/7

Pay Rate: $60.00/hour

**Start Date: ASAP – Seeking candidates who are immediately available and not currently in a full-time role

Personal Assistant Support

• Coordinate logistics and shipments, particularly when the CEO is traveling
• Handle urgent tasks such as FedEx drop-offs, dry cleaning, or time-sensitive errands
• Manage reservations, order meals, and occasionally support with family-related needs (limited, primarily dinner)
• Support light office management tasks (ordering supplies, maintaining organization)
• Provide additional personal support to senior leadership (including spouse) as needed

Executive Assistant Support

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple business ventures
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
• Prepare and process expenses, receipts, and reimbursements
• Draft correspondence and assist with document preparation as needed
• Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Ensure follow-through on key projects, meetings, and action items

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience supporting a demanding CEO, UHNW individual, or senior executive in private equity, family office, or a similarly fast-paced environment
• Strong PA mentality with the ability to prioritize, anticipate, and execute flawlessly
• Skilled in executive support: calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Calm under pressure—steady, clear-headed, and able to problem-solve on the spot
• Confident communicator, able to clarify expectations without hesitation
• Available immediately with no planned time off in the next 2 months
