About the role

⚡ Participate in all elements exterior design yet fundamentally to lead all development of concept ideas, renderings, tracking the digital models and clay models.

⚡ Good at cross-cultural communication and interpretation and complete the design plan according to the requirements.

⚡ Cooperate and guide the digital and physical model design.

⚡ Use display software’s to complete the analysis of product modelling reports, concept ideas, rendering expressions, etc.

⚡ Have experience in automotive design, with matured hand-drawing foundation and rendering ability, able to quickly capture creative ideas. Photo realistic images of your design work.

Experience to succeed

⚡ Over 8 years of experience in automotive styling, with a strong focus on conceptual and exterior design. Demonstrated history of working at a senior level in the automotive industry, ideally within OEM environments.

⚡ Contributed to five or more mass production exterior styling design projects, with additional experience in luxury brand exterior and interior creative design.

⚡ Skilled in exterior surface design, with a solid understanding of engineering constraints and the ability to balance aesthetics with technical feasibility.

⚡ Strong arts and design professional with a Master’s degree in Automotive Design, supported by a background in industrial or transportation design from art colleges.

⚡ Proficient in industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Alias Studio Tools, VRed, Adobe Creative Suite, Showcase, and AI tools.

⚡ Excellent sketching, rendering, and presentation skills, with a visionary and forward-thinking approach to design.

⚡ Strong communication skills, learning agility, and a collaborative mindset. Known for being diplomatic, resilient, and able to work effectively across teams.

⚡ Passionate about staying current with design trends and continuously improving creative and technical capabilities.
