Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing card operated laundry machines, ensuring they are in good working order. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, collecting data on machine usage, and providing excellent customer service to clients. This role involves traveling to various locations to service equipment.
