Front Desk Scheduler (Medical Office - North Phoenix)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Scheduler to join our team in North Phoenix (near Deer Valley & the 101) . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical front office setting and a working knowledge of CPT codes to ensure accurate scheduling and insurance verification.
ScheduleMonday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: Flexible (as needed)
Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize CPT codes when scheduling to confirm appropriate procedure booking and insurance coverage.
Answer incoming calls, manage voicemails, and handle patient inquiries.
Maintain and update patient records in the electronic scheduling system.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorization when required.
Perform general administrative duties including scanning, filing, and managing front desk flow.
Previous experience as a front desk scheduler or medical receptionist required.
Knowledge of CPT codes and medical terminology.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor.
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
