Job Title: Sweetish Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Multiple Sweetish and Dr ø m Locations, primarily located at Granite Run Dr., Lancaster PA.

Schedule: Full time or part time

Pay: starting at $20/hour

Position Overview

The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that Sweetish and Dr ø m locations are fully stocked, organized, and have the product they need to run smoothly. This role is responsible for overseeing product replenishment, managing inventory levels across multiple retail, vendor, and warehouse locations, and coordinating the safe and timely movement of goods between sites. In addition to fulfilling orders and general warehouse responsibilities, the coordinator will regularly make deliveries and travel between locations for replenishment, requiring a valid driver’s license. This position will require frequent travel between locations, merchandise and candy fulfillment, stocking, replenishment, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and rotate inventory across multiple retail and warehouse locations.
• Maintain candy freshness by regularly checking (and tasting!) product quality.
• Accurately track, manage, and report inventory levels using computer systems.
• Fulfill orders and prepare products for delivery.
• Safely deliver products between locations using a company vehicle.
• Safely handle merchandise and equipment, including pallet building and lifting boxes.
• Maintain and clean product displays to ensure shelves are full, attractive, and shoppable.
• Assist with general warehouse responsibilities, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support merchandising needs in retail locations.
• Communicate effectively with store and warehouse managers to ensure timely and accurate replenishment.
• Work independently to manage daily tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory management and reporting.
• Dependable, with consistent attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes, and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Merchandising or inventory management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Work Location: Based in Lancaster, PA with regular travel between Sweetish and Dr ø m retail locations, including vendor location, as well as Sweetish Fulfillment Centers and Warehouse Locations.
