Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $20 - $23/hr

Contract: 6–12+ months (Potential for Extension/Permanent Placement)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (Required)

What We’re Looking For

Our client is seeking recent graduates with a background in finance and some hands-on experience —whether through internships, coursework, or early professional roles—who are eager to contribute and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost analysis and review of financial programs and operations.
• Support the evaluation of financial status by comparing actual results against forecasts.
• Help perform month-end valuations and reporting for assigned client funds.
• Conduct basic research on offshore and domestic fund options.
• Assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Prepare and update profit and loss (P&L) models under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general financial systems/tools preferred
