Role Description

As a Junior Underwriter at Tic Tok Capital, you will evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine creditworthiness and risk. Your daily tasks will include reviewing financials, collaborating with senior underwriters, and providing pricing based on your assessments. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of underwriting guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This position involves working closely with clients and colleagues, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to evaluating financial and credit data.
• Attention to detail and high-level organizational abilities to manage loan documentation and ensure compliance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using underwriting software and tools; familiarity with financial analysis is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and lending policies is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in underwriting, finance, or similar roles is preferred b0ut not required.
