Laser Punch Operator - Valencia, CA

Pay: $24 - 25

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating laser punch machines, with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce precise parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate laser punch machines to cut, form, and shape sheet metal parts.
• Review blueprints, work orders, and specifications to determine machine settings and material requirements.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ months of experience operating laser punch or similar CNC sheet metal machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with measuring tools and quality inspection methods.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
