Job Title: Lead Golang Developer
Location: Seattle, WA(Hybrid)

Expert-level proficiency in Golang for backend and infrastructure tooling
Deep experience with AWS services - EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudFormation/Terraform, Secrets Manager, and Security Hub.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle, deployments, and service management.
Proficient with logging, metrics, and tracing using Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Understanding of VPC design, load balancing, DNS, API gateways, and service meshes (e.g., Istio or Linkerd).
Working knowledge of IAM, encryption, secure API design, vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with GitOps pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated build/deploy workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Leadership & Collaboration: 7 10 years of professional software development and infrastructure experience, with 2 3 years in technical leadership or lead engineer capacity.
