Lead Manufacturing Technician
Position Description: This is a full-time position supporting our refurbishment of medical equipment.
· Lead, direct, and supervise a small group of employees
· General warehouse support
· Assist technicians as needed in the preparation and assembly of medical equipment including disassembly, cleaning, sanding, painting, and re-assembly
· Cleaning
· Storing of materials
· Packing and crating for outgoing shipments
· Other duties as required
Qualifications:
· Mechanically inclined
· Ability to direct and supervise a small team
· Strong desire to learn a new trade
· Ability to follow safety processes and procedures
· Must have valid driver's license
· Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time
· Ability to work independently and without close supervision
· Requires lifting up to 75 lbs.
· High school degree or equivalent
Bonus points if you have:
· Plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and electrical experience
· Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical principles
· Ability to read and utilize schematics, diagrams, technical manuals
· Forklift certification
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18-22 per hour (Direct Hire)
Schedule:
· Monday - Friday 8:00 PM - 4:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required
