Job Description

Position:  Lease Renewal Analyst

Compensation:  $30 - $35 /hour, depending on experience

Location:  Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Lease Renewal Analyst  to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor payments and obligations of lease documents
• Generate and manage land records reports
• Assist in budget forecast preparation for leases
• Secure approvals for lease renewals and amendments
• Engage with landowners and governmental agencies
• Analyze and input new lease documents
• Maintain and organize lease document files
• Respond to inquiries from various departments
• Research surface ownership using online databases
• Assist with mass mail-outs and check requests

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of oil and gas land records experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize a diverse and heavy workload

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ArcGIS and Google Earth
• Associate’s degree or higher
• Self-starter eager to learn and adapt
