Legal Compliance Analyst – Credit Card Collections (Contract)

📍 Kennesaw, GA 30144 – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

💼 Full-Time | 40 hours/week | W2 Contract – 12 Months (Potential to Extend)

💰 $25–$30/hour DOE

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in credit card collections and regulatory compliance ? Do you have a background in creditors’ rights or have supported financial services litigation in a law firm setting? If so, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

Join a high-impact team focused on litigation document review and regulatory compliance . This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with a blend of legal and financial operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze legal documents and compliance materials related to credit card collections.
• Ensure alignment with federal/state laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify and escalate compliance risks or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal and procedural concerns.

Qualifications:

• Background in credit card collections, preferably with compliance responsibilities.
• Experience in legal collections, auditing, or control functions.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of FDCPA, FCRA, and consumer protection regulations.
