Licensed Massage Therapist - Mood and Motion

About This Opportunity

Join our innovative holistic wellness practice that bridges mental health and physical wellbeing under one roof. We're expanding into a brand-new, modern facility at Palomar Airport and seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to develop our therapeutic massage/bodywork division.

This is a unique opportunity to build a specialized practice within an established healthcare setting, working independently while collaborating with mental health professionals in a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in California
• Strong knowledge of the body's musculoskeletal system
• Experience or strong interest in sports massage and injury rehabilitation
• Comfortable working with clients of all fitness levels and activity backgrounds

Preferred Experience:

• Neuromuscular therapy background or willingness to learn
• Sport-specific and targeted bodywork techniques
• Injury rehabilitation and recovery-focused treatments

Services You'll Provide

• Therapeutic Massage/Bodywork: Clinical-focused treatments for pain management and mobility
• Sports Massage: Pre/post-event care and performance enhancement
• Injury Rehabilitation: Supporting recovery and preventing re-injury
• Targeted Bodywork: Spot-specific treatments based on individual client needs

What We Offer

Compensation & Growth:

• Competitive base pay (minimum wage) plus commission structure
• 15 hours per week to start, please allow full schedule over approximately 3 months

• Schedule: Part-time, building and maintaining client base with collaborative support
