SwimRVA is looking for a Professional Rescuer (Lifeguard) who has a passion for life safety and thrives on working in a team environment. The SwimRVA Professional Rescuer (lifeguard) has a front row seat to all our world class events, along with our life changing learn to swim programs and community wellness outreach. The right candidate will utilize their training and certifications to provide the highest levels of service to all users of SwimRVA facilities. The SwimRVA Professional Rescuer is additionally trained in general facility operations. The SwimRVA Professional Rescuer has a fast career advancement track that offers opportunities in life safety, SwimRVA Safety School faculty positions and facility operations.
