Job Description
We are working with one of the largest real estate investors on Long Island to fill a Maintenance Manager opening. This role is a contract position with potential to convert to permanent employment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform minor electrical work including but not limited to replacing outlets, ballasts, switches, light bulbs, and working with contractors.
- Perform minor plumbing work including but not limited to unclogging drain lines, fixture replacement, and working with contractors.
- Perform basic HVAC repairs and maintenance, and work with contractors.
- Perform general service duties including but not limited to cleaning and painting mechanical rooms and developing inventory tool storage.
- Respond to tenant requests for services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance program, energy management system, and property management software.
