Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH

Duration: 12 Months, with possible extension

Pay Range: $43-$48/hr. on W2

Summary

A global leader in personal care and home fragrance is seeking a bold, visionary Motion Designer to join its fast-growing digital team and bring site, app, and social stories to life through sophisticated, compelling motion design. This role partners closely with Video and Brand Transformation teams to support a major brand overhaul, ensuring every piece of content delivers a cohesive, elevated brand story. It is a hands-on, creative opportunity for a designer with strong instincts, impeccable taste, and a passion for producing world-class brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the AVP of Direct, Video Team, and Brand Transformation Team to support and launch a major brand transformation initiative.
• Design and produce on-trend, on-brand motion assets across website, app, and social media channels.
• Monitor and apply retail and motion design trends to keep content culturally relevant, fresh, and engaging.
• Deliver a high level of craft and visual excellence with an editorial sensibility and strong fashion, lifestyle, and storytelling perspective.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in motion design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or digitally focused brands or agencies.
• Advanced expertise in web motion design and After Effects, with strong knowledge of best practices for site and social content.
• Proven ability to pitch, produce, and refine creative work while collaborating effectively across functions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools, including Figma, Premiere, and After Effects, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
