What You’ll Do:
Manage files, records & office systems
Coordinate meetings, emails & communications
Provide top-notch customer service at reception
Support data entry, reporting & vendor payments
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming office environment
You Bring:
✔ 2+ years admin or customer service experience
✔ Excellent organizational & communication skills
✔ Microsoft Office & Teams proficiency
