Operations Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate inventory, and exceptional customer experiences. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Collaborate with the product team on tags, stickers, and packaging for all new piece types.

· Partner with product and sales teams to strategize inner and case pack planning for new piece types.

· Document all product inner and case packs in our system by SKU, including weight and dimensions.

· Manage uploading all items into the warehouse system for accurate tracking and management.

· Partner with the warehouse team to quickly resolve factory packaging discrepancies.

· Review cancel after dates, run the weekly cancel list, and act on required items.

· Review and verify orders daily, ensuring customer information and payment details are accurate.

· Maintain and update the daily credit task management spreadsheet.

· Enter in-office orders in Apprise (photoshoots, samples).

· Perform regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and reconciliation with 3PL.

· Run regular checks to clean up old orders in the system

· Deliver pieces to and from the warehouse as needed, ensuring inventory changes are documented and followed through.

· Conduct weekly visits to the Butner warehouse, providing in-person support and quality checks.

· Investigate and resolve customer service product-related issues, sharing findings with relevant teams.

· Inspect and document defective items, secure credit from manufacturers, and report findings to management.

· Assist in onboarding new customers in the system for a seamless experience.

· Partner with the warehouse to maintain appropriate packaging stock levels.

· Act as the primary point of contact for delivery and product issues.
