ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. -To assist in providing physical therapy for individuals evaluated by the physical therapist and in conjunction with PT treatment plan. -Follow the treatment plan established by the PT. -Work in conjunction with the individual's physician and therapist in course of treatment. -Educate/train ancillary staff members. -Complete any forms for participation in insurance including, but not limited to Medicare and New York State Medicaid.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Physical therapy assistant with appropriate NYS license/eligibility.
