Physical Therapist - $60/hr - Glendale, AZ Position Overview: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and therapy services for students in grades K-8. This role includes performing assessments, implementing therapy plans, and documenting services in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care.
