We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in the early stages of construction projects, leading preconstruction efforts, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting overall project planning. The ideal candidate collaborates closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal project teams to ensure projects are well-planned, cost-effective, and positioned for successful execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate project estimates, cost analyses, and material takeoffs.
• Develop competitive bids and proposals for projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and assist with negotiations to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and constructability reviews to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and risk assessments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with construction methods, materials, cost factors, and industry trends.
• Assist with business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction estimating, preconstruction management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, cost structures, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software is preferred.
