Your new role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the #2 lead on a major multifamily development site, learning the systems and processes while managing the full lifecycle of construction — from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring quality and safety on-site. This is a boots-on-the-ground role with no remote work, requiring travel between Bowie, Middle River/White Marsh and West Baltimore.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of construction experience, ideally with a large General Contractor
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• Multifamily experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Civil Engineering or similar ideal); exceptional candidates without a degree will be considered
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to commute to all three project locations
• Due to the nature of the project, candidates must be eligible to work in the US.
