Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Manager (advanced degree and project management certification preferred), with medical device industry experiance and advanced MS Office skills, for an exciting consulting opportunity with a global medical device manufacturing organization.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Contract Project Manager to coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams throughout 2026. This role will support enterprise-level initiatives with high visibility across leadership and stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of general business acumen, project management expertise, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to drive progress in a dynamic, regulatory-sensitive environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with complex stakeholder networks and interdependencies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate consultations, workshops, and stakeholder engagements across departments.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate data collection efforts and organize inputs to support decision-making.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Lists, Power Automate) to streamline workflows and reporting.
  • Prepare executive presentations and newsletters.
  • Support change management and training efforts related to project outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration and clear communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in cross-functional or regulated environments. Accounting or IT Systems backgrounds a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced functions, pivots, index formulas), PowerPoint (executive presentations), Teams, Lists (MS Access or database management), and Power Automate.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in facilitating training and change management initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing regulatory landscapes and project scopes.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, with a strong ability to maintain thorough documentation and records of project activities, decisions, and stakeholder interactions.
