Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Deliver patient-centered, relationship-based care that supports physical and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Document all patient care accurately and timely according to established clinical standards.
• Maintain clinical competency and comply with all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and shared governance activities.
• Support new staff and students as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional growth.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and families, providing education and emotional support.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
• 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or compact license if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required or to be obtained within designated timeframe.
• Additional certifications as applicable to patient population.
• Minimum of one year of recent acute care or progressive care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex patients and rapidly changing conditions.
