Are you a seasoned Scrum Master ready to make a real impact? A small, but established healthcare software client (15+ years strong) is looking for its first dedicated Scrum Master to bring structure, momentum, and clarity to their agile development process.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Lead 2–3 Scrum teams through 2-week sprint cycles
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove blockers to keep teams focused and productive
• Provide real-time, honest updates to leadership
• Ensure stories are completed and sprint goals are met
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog
• Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and proactive
• Comfortable working closely with executive leadership
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
