Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related area.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or a similar analytical position.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and analyze large datasets to support strategic business decisions.
• Proficient in using advanced analytical tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in generating detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience in the payroll or HR-related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• I analyze vast and complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide our business decisions.
• I develop and maintain analytical models to assist with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• I collaborate with diverse teams to gain an understanding of business requirements and translate them into analytical specifications.
• I prepare detailed reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and suggestions to stakeholders at various levels.
• I monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to offer insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• I ensure the integrity and precision of data by establishing rigorous data validation and quality control processes.
• I mentor junior analysts to enhance their analytical capabilities and knowledge.
• I consistently seek avenues to enhance analytical methodologies and tools for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

We value candidates who possess certifications such as CompTIA or vendor-specific qualifications, have experience with the Atlassian suite of products, and are familiar with Azure AD for Single Sign-On (SSO). Additionally, experience in utilizing Splunk for searching, reporting, and alerting, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell, Python, Bash, or SQL, will be advantageous. Knowledge of financial and banking systems, sales and marketing technologies, as well as experience with Kubernetes, is also desirable. Familiarity with automation tools, Six Sigma, Lean Management, and/or PMP certification are considered a plus.
