What You Can Expect

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Experience implementing or assessing one or more of the following: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance (CFIN), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Access Control, SAP Process Control
  • Experience with core SAP business processes: Master Data Management (MDM), Order-To-Cash (OTC), Purchase-To-Pay (PTP), Record-To-Report (RTR)
  • Experience with core SAP IT compliance areas: Change Management, Logical Access, Operations, Program Management
  • Experience performing SOX internal control reviews, implementation project risk assessments, or pre/post-implementation reviews as part of SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Experience in assessing an ERP installation in the context of Business Controls, Security, Internal Audit, or Compliance
  • Deep understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA application/configuration-based controls (workflows, tolerance limits, system checks, logging, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of internal control frameworks, with understanding of both IT and Business risks and controls concepts related to an SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA landscape.
  • Substantial implementation functional team experience and/or "Big 4" Audit experience in a technology audit/risk assessment practice specializing in SAP
  • Knowledge of SAP solution design and key elements of SAP architectures
  • Experience executing a workstream within complex SAP projects working with cross-functional teams of Business, IT, and Compliance teams
  • Experience implementing SAP, while having exposure/interaction with process owners and subject matter experts
  • Exposure to finance/process optimization tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, Celonis)
  • Understanding of how SAP is utilized across different industries (e.g., Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceuticals)
  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
  • Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives.
  • Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., CIS, MIS, Information System Technologies, Computer Science, Finance)
  • 2+ years working in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, SAP Certifications, Celonis, or Agile Scrum Master are preferred.
