The Role

As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for projects across commercial, industrial, and/or residential sectors
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess scope and risk
• Develop cost plans, budgets, and tender submissions
• Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and industry trends
• Support handover from estimating to project delivery teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Estimator or strong Electrical Estimator ready to step up
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and construction methods
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator able to work with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
