The Senior Property Manager is an innovative leader that focuses on providing exceptional care to their customers, mentoring and developing their team, and taking ownership of financial performance and management of our commercial assets. Must be roll up your sleeves manager who will be involved in all day to day aspects of this role.
Communicates and interacts regularly with Asset Manager, Director of Property Management, Regional Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Property Administrator and Sr. Chief Engineer to facilitate day-to-day business operations. Along with Property Accountant for reporting purposes, budgeting, and reforecasting.
Communicates and interacts regularly with tenants to maintain tenant/property management relationships. Brokerage and Construction departments for 3rd party service providers to ensure quality maintenance and repairs of property. BOMA and IREM trade organizations for business relationships.
Directly supervises 3-12 employees in the Property Management/Engineering Department. Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Sr. Property Manager – Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or 10+ years related experience or training in a commercial real estate capacity.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Understanding of finance terms to include NOI, NPV, IRR. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
