We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified Sleep Medicine Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You’ll play a vital role in diagnosing and managing sleep disorders, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing quality of life through evidence-based care.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with sleep-related disorders (e.g., insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, parasomnias)
Interpret sleep studies (PSG, HSAT, MSLT, MWT) and provide actionable treatment plans
Collaborate with primary care providers, pulmonologists, neurologists, and behavioral health specialists
Prescribe and manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and other treatment modalities
Educate patients and families on sleep hygiene and long-term care strategies
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviews
MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Sleep Medicine
Active medical license in Texas
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Experience with EMR systems and sleep study interpretation software
