Our client in Williamsport, PA is looking for a Supply Chain Director for a Direct Hire career opportunity.

Position will oversee the development of the strategic plan and ensure optimal utilization of supply chain resources.
A key focus for this position will be developing a robust global supply chain; partnering with oversees suppliers and managing inventory and fulfillment for a rapidly growing consumer products organization, as well as working with the management team on a formal distribution strategy.

Requirements:

BS degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering. An MBA, CPIM or APICS accreditation preferred.
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain (including international sourcing with a focus on Asia), forecasting, and planning
Direct knowledge of integrated ERP systems, lean manufacturing concepts and world-class supply chain practices.
Leads with a sense of accountability, continuous improvement and a sense of urgency.
Experience implementing cost reduction programs and managing large projects that are highly integrated and cross functional in nature
Ability to travel internationally as needed
