About the Role

SEROYA is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Temporary Sample Sale Associates to support our upcoming sample sale in New York City. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment while representing a growing contemporary fashion brand.

Dates: October 30th-November 12th, 2025

Schedule: Full-time during sale week, with flexible hours for setup and breakdown

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, unpacking, steaming, and merchandising product prior to the sale
• Greet and engage customers, providing excellent service and styling suggestions
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor throughout the day
• Assist with product replenishment, and ensure items remain organized
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at checkout
• Support back-of-house organization, restocking, and packaging purchases
• Assist with sale breakdown and inventory packing post-event

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sample sale experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (lifting boxes, hanging garments, etc.)
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
