Overview
US Third Party Management, a first line of defense team, supports the bank by ensuring that suppliers onboarded in the US have been appropriately risk assessed and that due diligence is carried out before contract execution. This is a critical role as inadequate management of third parties can lead to operational, business, and/or regulatory failures, impacting operating resilience, customers, and reputation. This role will support Third Party Management as it migrates to a new global third-party management tool, focusing on system design input and migration execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison : Act as the connection between the system migration project management team and US Third Party Management to ensure design requirements are included in the new system.
- Execution Facilitator : Support Third Party Management by executing analyst activities such as workflows, procedure documentation, and design summaries.
- Attend project design sessions, gather input, and provide third party management perspectives.
- Communicate design session outcomes to the team and prepare supporting documentation.
- Work independently on system migration-related deliverables.
- Maintain alignment with Third Party Management managers on goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate regularly with team members and risk domain specialists in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Location : Fully remote
Required Skills & Experience
- Third Party Risk Management experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Experience with operational or procedural subject matter in Third Party Management
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment in financial services
- Experience contributing to projects involving system or process design
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
